WSRLFJ Medical waste incinerator
Process Description Medical waste is conveyed automatically into the first chamber(830-9800C), drying and pyrolysis begin and follow the incineration, heat generated speeds up the drying and incineration. Flue gas is then fully combusted in the second chamber(1050-11500C), full mixing and enough residence time is guaranteed in the third chamber(800-9800C) due to special shape and rotating air supply, flue gas is rapidly cooled going through the tube type heat exchanger, acid components are removed by semi dry process, fly dust is collected in bag filters and activated carbons are injected to absorb hazardous components before release into the air. Incinerator body and feature The primary and secondary incinerators are divided into three compartments by refractory walls, carbon rich smoke is thermally oxidized in form of cyclone in the secondary and third chambers to ensure 3T in medical waste combustion, residues are removed from the bottom of the incinerator. Specifications: Residues thermal volume reduction:≤5% Surface temperature:<50oC Residence time:>2 seconds Temperature:830-1150 oC Refer to report No.016,2004 issued by Sichuan Environment Protection Product Examination Center and report No.003,2005 issued by National Environment Analysis and Test Center for pollutants test results. Capacity: 50,100,200,300,500,750(kg/h) Output connection is reserved in the third chamber for heat or power generation.
Examination with authenticate Flue gas is tested by National Environment Analysis and Test Center and Sichuan Environment Protection Product Examination Center to be in compliance with GB19219-2003«Medical Waste Incinerator Technical Requirements»,the incineration system is approved by the experts examination organized by the Sichuan provincial EPA. Medical Waste Incineration System Test Conclusions WSRLFJ-80 incinerator manufactured by Sichuan Science City Shengong Environment Protection Engineering Company and Mianyang Lidatong Technology Company is tested to be in compliance with the requirements stipulated in GB19219-2003 «Medical Waste Incinerator Technical Requirements». Dioxins Emission Based on GB18484-2001 «Hazardous Waste Incineration Pollution Control Standards ». Results ( ngTEQ/m3 ) Item sample1 sample2 average standard limit Dioxin 0.34 0.31 0.33 0.5 Note: (1)feedstock: medical waste,capacity:2t/d; (2)sample taken place: Mianyang Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Facility; (3)sample volume:1.8379 m3 (sample1) and 1.7881 m3 (sample2)respectively under standard condition.
